This program is sure to become your next obsession. This is a longer WOD program. Design for the intermediate or advanced athlete. This program will teach you to keep moving. Do your reps, step over, continue. If you are able to keep your transitions disciplined, your pace won't suffer.

These programs are specially built for Passing and crushing mandatory PT. There are several stages program available, including a diversity of coordination and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced.
